Delivery charges are nonrefundable. Please note our return policy as we do not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days of the invoice date.
Please complete our Return Merchandise Authorization Form before returning the item to us. You will be contacted within 5 business days with an RMA number. We will get back to you with the return information. Package must be re-package as it was delivered to you.

Wrong Item
If you receive a product that you do not want or need, please return it to us via a parcel carrier of your choice. We will promptly credit your account excluding the shipping charges.

If we make a mistake on your order, we will correct the error. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
